THE ART OF CANDLE MAGICK: HARNESSING THE POWER OF RITUAL
with Amy C Wilson, CMHC
Saturday, November 15th 11am
Candles have long been used as a powerful tool for communication with the divine, allowing individuals to manifest their desires and intentions. This ancient practice of candle magic combines symbolism, intention, and ritual to create a powerful energetic force that can influence the world around us. In this class, we will explore the art of creating and charging ritual candles as a means of tapping into the transformative power of this practice.
The process of creating a ritual candle involves careful consideration of various elements, such as colors, days of the week, moon phases, oils, and incense. Each of these components plays a crucial role in enhancing the energy of the candle and aligning it with the desired intention. For example, the choice of color can symbolize different qualities or energies, such as red for passion, green for abundance, or white for purity. Similarly, the use of specific oils and incense can further amplify the intention behind the candle, adding layers of depth and meaning to the ritual.
In an in-person setting, the act of creating a ritual candle becomes a hands-on experience that engages all the senses. Participants can physically touch and manipulate the materials, infusing the candle with their energy and intention through direct contact. The process of mixing oils, carving symbols, and decorating the candle with glitter becomes a meditative practice that allows individuals to focus their thoughts and emotions on their desired outcome. Moreover, the communal nature of in-person workshops creates a sense of shared energy and support, amplifying the effectiveness of the ritual.
The art of candle magic offers a powerful tool for harnessing the energy of intention and ritual to manifest desires and communicate with the divine. The act of creating and charging a ritual candle can be a transformative experience that connects individuals to the deeper currents of energy and intention that flow through the universe. By understanding the symbolism and techniques behind candle magic, participants can tap into the ancient wisdom of this practice and unlock its potential for personal growth and spiritual evolution.

THE SACRED ART OF SOPLADA with Tracy Wilbanks
Sunday, November 16th at 1pm
The practice of Soplada (from Spanish "soplar," meaning "to blow") is a fundamental healing technique in Amazonian traditions where practitioners intentionally direct Mapacho smoke with precise movements and focused intention. During this ritual, the practitioner blows smoke over the body to perform energetic cleansing (dissolving negative energies), create spiritual protection (forming an energetic shield around individuals and spaces), activate sacred objects and medicines, and call upon ancestral support. This technique is performed with deep focus and reverence, connecting the practitioner to Mapacho's spirit before directing its smoke with purpose and intention.
About Tracy
You probably know Tracy as the creator of Nichey Baker. She participates in almost every MS&B event, selling her tasty treats. What you probably don’t know is Tracy has been working with Master Plant Medicines for over 3 years now. She travels to the Amazon in the jungles of Peru and sits with the Shipibo Conibo Indigenous peoples and learns their ways.
She has sat in over 40 Plant Medicine Ceremonies and has also dieted Master Plants Chiric Sanango(Mocapari), Noya Rao, and Mapacho(Grandfather).
Now Tracy wants to bring what she has learned in the jungle to as many people as possible with a major emphasis on Grandfather Mapacho.

THE ANATOMY OF HEXING & PSYCHIC SELF-DEFENSE - PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR PROTECTING ENERGY
with Amy C Wilson, CMHC
Saturday, November 22nd 11am
Learn to recognize and respond to manipulative energy dynamics and directed psychic attacks with clear, practical, and ethically grounded tools. This workshop blends concise theory (what energy or “psychic” vampires are and how thought‑forms work) with hands‑on techniques—grounding, boundary-setting, mental hygiene, and safe distancing—so you leave able to protect your energy and support others, while knowing when to seek professional help.
Who this is for:
- Empaths, healers, and sensitive people who feel drained by certain relationships
- Counselors, coaches, and community leaders who want safer support tools
- Anyone curious about psychic influence and practical self‑care
- Note: This is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you or someone else has severe depression, suicidal ideation, hallucinations, or self‑harm, seek clinical help immediately.
What you’ll learn (key takeaways):
- Core concepts: energy/psychic vampires, scarcity mindset, and psychic attacks as charged thought‑forms
- How to spot common effects: obsessive thinking, anxiety, nightmares, isolation, and self‑destructive behaviors — and how to distinguish these from clinical conditions
- Immediate protective tools: grounding, shielding visualizations, short clearing rituals, and physical/environmental adjustments
- Boundary skills: practical language, setting limits, reducing contact, and managing emotional enmeshment
- Ongoing resilience: energy hygiene routines, social support mapping, and self‑care plans
- Ethical considerations: consent, when to disengage, and when to refer to mental‑health professionals
